For those of you who think I am exaggerating about the abuse I endured at Providence Hospital, or the retaliation I've endured for reporting it, Check this thread. This shit is real. First, they admit they stripped me naked against my will, but excuse it by siting a dress code.
They also lied in their internal "investigation" about me being in police custody, when in fact I was on a welfare check and not under arrest. They also imply that I was being aggressive, which is not reflected in their own chart notes, which only say I was "tearful."
Finally, I was able to reach an actual human being in patient relations who listened, and seemed to understand my perspective that being forcibly stripped naked was sexually humiliating and physically painful, and she issued this letter, but, no changes were made to policy.
Because I filed complaints, and started speaking out about how they used stigma and discriminatory policies to justify violent sexual degradation as a manner of "controlling" mental health patients, Dr. Liam Yore filed for a restraining order.
Apparently I am not even allowed to talk about the judges decision to bar me from using the term sexual assault to describe being brutally disrobed by force because this blog post commenting on her decision is being charged as a violation of her gag-order. http://roodblog.blogspot.com/2017/04/nightmare-man-for-dr-liam-t-yore.html
