Just to summarize: people have seen them being set off AT police stations, by cars that come into neighborhoods set them off and then leave, by people walking into the middle of the street alone, setting them off, collecting the shells and then running away from the area.

In philly I’m also hearing they’ve progressed to bomb like sounds with no lights or fireworks to be seen.
