THINGS TO DO TO AVOID FATIGUE OR HEADACHE AFTER A SESSION
1)drink enough water—- you are going to sweat I.E you are losing body fluid.
Decrease cardiac output means reduced blood supply to d brain. In case u don’t know d Brain doesn’t joke with nutrient and fluid hence d first sign headache whooola

2) high intensity exercise is not for everyone— always know we all don’t have d same capacity to lift ourselves
3) Never I repeat Never lift your body with your neck muscles while exercising especially when doing abdominal
Instead use your and abs.

4) Eat well, u can reduce your food intake easy way —-start by removinv eating high caloric diets from your meal
Eat well your body need it
5) know your body type— our body store fat differently, some store fats in their butts, some their abs others boob we are not all the same hence our workout regimen will differ

6) focus on one body part to work on at a time, when u focus on more than one you over stress ur body
