your age at the time of a transgression that’s extremely scarring and irreversible is irrelevant.

today on the news I saw another rapist has gotten away with sexual assault due to a “lack of evidence” and his “young age” being factors.

today I accept and apologize for my minor transgressions so that those who commit major ones have no place to hide, the victim a trans woman.

I’ve done wrong and I work everyday to be a better son, brother, friend, and man for everyone I interact with.

in the month of pride it makes me sick to see people living in fear of abusers who masquerade as ally’s and civilians just so they can exploit others.
