group video chat that starts off as equal-sized thumbnails but as each person talks, their thumbnail gets smaller and smaller until they disappear. they’ll still be in the call, just muted.

could also try changing thumbnail color, decreasing Talking Points progress bar, etc.

train an ML model to generate instagram D2C ads. same goes for app screenshots. idk how this actually works so maybe this is a dumb idea

use your camera roll as the dataset... generate new selfies of yourself, or new fake camera roll photos. post on insta as a “bot” (even if you’re uploading manually). there’s less of a bot culture on IG than twitter, so maybe you’ll get clout for doing cool stuff lol

multi-screen (computer+phone) experience for video streaming. what would this look like for pre-prepared content (netflix) vs live-streams vs more interactive situations like jackbox games?

a payment interface that actually introduces *more* friction and gives you a better sense of how much actual money you’re spending. maybe you have to add up currency amounts of cash bills (e.g. tap “+$5, +$20, +$20” to pay $45)

less of a prototype idea and more of a make-a-real-chrome-extension idea, calculate carbon footprint of your amazon orders / automatically select lowest-footprint option and buy offsets

on a video call, hold up your hand or open your mouth (without saying anything), and it'll automatically lower the volume of the person talking so you can interrupt

default waiting music in a work call, until someone stops it to start the meeting
