When a salesman wants to get in the door, they usually ask a few easy “yes” answer questions: “you want a clean home, don’t you?” Yes. “You want a happy family, right?” Yes. “Then you need [X or Y product].” PsyOp mob violence works in a similar but grotesquely different way. 1/?
Now a salesman needs your money, and he operates according to the passion of desire. He wants to attract you to an object with multiple affirmative motions—those yes answers are a warm up, attraction is an affirmative move *towards* an object. 2/?
A psychological operation employing mob violence wants, like the salesman, to move you to different place, to permit or affirm some new development (e.g. hate these people, admit some guilt, stay home on Election Day, defund the police, etc.). 3/?
But they are using violence, force, and—here is the real difference from the salesman—at heart, the psychological operative and the mob both are using fear. So the questions that warm you up to clinching their object do not involve yes answers. 4/?
Instead, to gain a fearful choice, a manipulative choice from you, the introductory questions, the warm ups, are fundamentally designed to arouse the passion not of attraction and desire, but of fear and repugnance. 5/?
So the mob’s questions today are ones that drive us to a no answer by means of a fearful potential yes answer if you say otherwise. “You aren’t a racist, are you?” No! “You don’t think police brutality is good, do you?” Of course not!! “Well then, you need to [X or Y demand].”6/?
But even worse, unlike the salesman, who has a defined end, and objective choice he wants you to make, like buy the vacuum cleaner he’s hawking, the moboperatives want not single choice but an infinite (that is, an unnatural) set of choices from us that we call domination. 7/?
The moboperatives want mobocracy, which always means the rule of wicked manipulators best adapted to lying & dissembling while appearing to only be a part of the “wave of sentiment” that the moboperatives are in fact directing (every body has a head, & monsters have several). 8/?
This manipulation of our hatred of & aversion to racism & violent abuse of police power is designed to put us in a state of fear so we relent to the unlimited rule of the mob’s demands. The appeal to aversion & fear is, obviously, compounded by demoralizing threats & violence.9/?
The game is always same. A desire to rule others, combined with the impatience to treat others with dignity & respect and a willingness to manipulate the good in us to our own demise. A similar trick may have manipulated & set these moboperatives in motion in the 1st place. /Fin.
