Last week, in-person unemployment insurance services were provided in Frankfort for KYians. Over 2,300 Kentuckians received assistance from a member of the OUI team. Individuals who were in line on Friday but not able to be seen have been provided appointment times for Monday.

Walk-up services will not be available on Monday. Anyone who needs assistance with their unemployment insurance claim should visit http://kcc.ky.gov  or call (502) 564-2900.

No one in state government will be satisfied until all KYians have received the benefits for which they qualify. We are working with the Labor Cabinet to identify additional times and locations for in-person services. When those plans are finalized, we will alert you.
