The clerk claimed that the Tenex epollbooks wouldn't securely integrate w/the ES&S Expressvotes the county also just purchased so they had to buy ES&S pollbooks. States need money to run elections but that money should come with strings and directives the states must follow. The election industry is unregulated, throwing billions of fed $ into an unregulated market w/o specific requirements is wrong-headed.
