Even though we DIDNT really received any NEW updates from @Mewsuppasitofc ever since the day we send our payment

I believe that all the ppl who entrusted their money to me deserves an update even atleast from me

So here we go;

DISCLAIMER

I just want to make it clear that M has nothing to do with the merch management even if the former FC has somehow an indirect connection to M due to the fact that they used to be his MAIN FC leading & organizing his events & scheds prior to MS Studio establishment

As far as I know, the 2020 Calendar was handled by @Mewsuppasitofc and not by M nor P'Boss so please, DO NOT personally message them regarding this matter. If so, y'all can message me (tho I won't really know anything not unless MSup Ofc updates me too. So )

I wasn't really intending to air THIS out as I was hoping for this to get settled & resolved between me & @Mewsuppasitofc privately & quietly. I, together with all the people who ordered from me has been patiently waiting for more than 4 months for the said calendars. －

－ Even accepted the fact that itll take some time & that itll not arrive anytime soon after we placed our order due to the pandemic. I reached out to @Mewsuppasitofc multiple times & in multiple platforms I know they own but still, NO RESPONSE. That's why I ended up making THIS.

To start off this thread,

I first reached out to @Mewsuppasitofc last January 8th to ask bout when will interfans can order the calendars. They didnt responded that time, which I understand cos during that time they are super packed & busy because of M's non stop schedules

－ & due to the fact that they are still busy with domestic orders & shipments so I just waited for their update.

Fast forward to February when they announced the PO period/date for interfans which if I I remember correctly was only a full week. February 18th was the deadline (please correct me if I'm wrong) so I was literally rushing to make sure we won't miss the deadline.

@Mewsuppasitofc finally responded to my messages on February the 13th giving me instructions & reminders before I send my payment.

February the 16th they replied my inquiry bout the currency and exact amount that I need to send the day before I transfer the money.

The following day, February 17th.
I send our full payment to @Mewsuppasitofc amounting to 7,153.00 THB.

Weirdly enough & for some reason, THAT day I suddenly feel like and thought of sending a copy of my payment form to my email just in case I'll need it & I'm freaking glad that I really did.

THIS is the exact same form I send @Mewsuppasitofc after I successfully send our payment.

3 months later, May 6th. I dmed @Mewsuppasitofc again to try & asked for atleast a tracking number. But they didn't respond.

No matter what their issues are during this time, I believe that it's just right to inform your consumers about the thing that they paid for, isn't it?

When they once again failed to respond to my message. I said, one month. One more month. Im giving them the benefit of the doubt & wait AGAIN for their feedback, by then if they still don't respond then THAT'S IT.

And guess what @Mewsuppasitofc STILL DIDN'T RESPOND.

And even after THAT one month grace period that I gave them, I still gave them another week to really get back to me & to atleast give me a tracking number just so I can track & check our parcel. But then.. once again, STILL NO REPLY. @Mewsuppasitofc

For the NTH time, I still reach out to them, trying and hoping that they will finally respond. But ofcourse, still NO REPLY, yet AGAIN. @Mewsuppasitofc

I've been in constant communication with @sa_medusa about this matter as she along with some more people who ordered the calendars from @Mewsuppasitofc which STILL UP TO THIS DAY they haven't receive anything from the said FC as well.

& through @sa_medusa I found out that their parcel was sent back to it's origin (Thailand) because apparently there are some issues & it didnt pass the inspection of the airline company.

They tried to reached out to @Mewsuppasitofc but ofcourse, just like me they got nothing.

Desperate to get any answer & help, they even try to reach out to @/MewsuppasitTH but THIS is what they told @sa_medusa

To reach out to @/Gulfkanawutofc & see if they know where to reach @Mewsuppasitofc & who to ask bout our calendars. Right now theyre still waiting for a reply.

Just imagine, blindly waiting for the merch that you paid so much money for. And even a decent update about it, you can't get any?

It's very frustrating because all of my friends & other people that I talked to & asked bout the calendar. －

－ Most of them received atleast an email confirmation, confirming that they really did received the money.

UNLIKE US, WE LITERALLY RECEIVED NOTHIN AFTER WE SEND OUR PAYMENT.

No payment confirmation.
No updates about the shipment of the calendars.

NOT EVEN A TRACKING NUMBER

Another info I got as I continue to talk to my friend bout this issue is that someone who is just our neighbouring country got their orders even before we did. But the problem is, they didnt received the correct number of calendars & that they lack (1) pc from their actual order.

After I air THIS out I received A LOT of tweets tellin me that they have the same situation & experience & this is not just few people but literally a good amount of people complaining bout NOT receiving their calendars NOT EVEN an update/email confirmation from @Mewsuppasitofc

As suggested by one of my friend, I reached out to @/Gulfkanawutofc and try to ask for help, since we couldn't reach @Mewsuppasitofc and they are not responding to literally any of our messages. And thank the heavens GKOfc responded to our dm after so many attempts.

The said FC told us that they well check on our concern.

I gave them all the needed information & hopefully they get back to us with good news.

I'll be sure to post new updates as soon as I have one.

We just got an update from GulfKanawutOfc.

I asked for an update RE: our MEWGULF Calendars and THIS is what they told me.

Hopefully the next time they update us, it’s already a positive news for all of us.

Our constant pangungulit to GKOfc finally paid off

Messaged them again this afternoon & they told me that theyll ship our calendars this coming Wednesday on behalf of @Mewsuppasitofc since looks like they dont really have any plan to do so.

So ayun finally a good news.

@Gulfkanawutofc Thank you for being so patient, nice and accommodating despite the fact that I’ve been bugging you about the calendars for more than a month now. Once again thank you so so soooo much for helping us na kha.

According to @Gulfkanawutofc they already shipped our calendars & told me that they’ll get back to us with the tracking number.

As soon as I receive the tracking number from their team, I’ll be sure to update you guys with the current status & whereabouts of our parcel.
