I think my Dad has the most beautiful death i’ve ever heard of and i thank Allah for that everyday!

It was a friday. He got ready for Jumah and went to his father’s place to pick him up for the masjid. He peeled a banana and my grandpa told him to drop it cause he had already...
Performed ablution. He was hungry but he kept it. He asked his little sister to prepare “Fura” for him before he comes back cause my mum was going to her sister’s place.

They left for Rabia Jummaat Mosque. They were always on the front row. Always!!
They prayed Jumah, he then stoop and prayed two Raka’ats Naafilah. He was standing beside my grandfather and behind the Imam.

He sweated all through the Khutbah and prayers! (i got my sweaty body from him lol).

Immediately he said his last “Salaam”, he stood up and...
Started walking out.

My grandpa was worried so he asked my uncle Aminu to follow him and see whats wrong cause its unlike him to stand up and leave immediately after prayers. Plus he was sweating despite the fans.

As he walked ten feets away from his father, he fell down.
People started saying “Innalillahi wa inna ilahir rajiun, ai dan gidan Alhaji Mainasara ne”

My grandpa ran and hugged him, crying, shouting and telling someone to call an ambulance.

But he was dead already.

They said his face was smiling and glowing like never before!
My grandfather got HBP because of his death. He went back home and ate the banana my dad peeled crying and saying “I should have let you eat it Mustapha, i should have”.

He said he has never seen a child like him, he never for once disobeyed him even as a child.
He was so dutiful and patient. He was so kind, generous, empathic, bubbly and full of life. He was so so resilient.

He loved indian films so much 😂

My entire life, i’ve never heard anyone speak ill of him.

He lived a beautiful life and died a beautiful death.
Alhamdulillah for having a father like him😪❤️
