This may be a problem in the UK.
New UK plug attached
Testing the power supply before plugging it. Not bad.
No. I think the TV aerial cable is not right.
Trying with a brand new one.
Next issue is the aerial cable which I remember trying to fix in the 1980's with sellotape.
Removed and soldered the wires. Cable still very sticky.
