My frustration bares from knowing we are so close.

The vast majority think we are a million miles away but that really isn’t the case.

We do need additions but it’s not major surgery, we need to manage this squad better this window; plenty of saleable assets.

As admirable as it is wanting to see players like Willock, Guendouzi etc that’s not the path to any sort of success.

Guendouzi at this stage is a millon miles from this level, maybe in 3/4 years he could progress but at this stage with his inflated value we should have cashed in

You could be losing a future star but we are not in a position to blood these players.

If selling a future star meant we could invest for here and now that’s the way we have to act until we reach that level of competing again.
