[Thread] Karim Benzema and Eden Hazard; is it what it is ?

Since the season began, The offensive side has been Zidane's side most obvious flaw. Injuries, Incompetence, Inconsistency. you name it.
and even when Zidane finally Zidane-almost-got his forwards fit; things haven't been much better. Why is that?

Real Madrid bought Hazard for a clear and obvious aim; lead the attack, put things into motion. but this hardly been the case with the Belgian forward this season.
with a rather statistically underwhelming season (1G+4A)
below is one of the reasons for that and what can be fixed.

In Real's latest victory vs Valencia, we witnessed a very common feature that been frequent since Hazard landed in Madrid. Benzema crowding his flank, crowding it in a way that Benzema what Hazard is supposed to be and vice versa.

Anyone who sees those pictures would conclude that it is of a LW with a LB covering an entire flank due to their great similarity, while in fact it is of a LW and the CF who's supposed to be in the box which is "supposedly" his normal/average position per 90 minutes.

This trend that has been repeated every time Hazard and Benzema play together makes it pretty difficult for Hazard to fully operate as he is always confronted by Benzema asking for the ball rather than running into the box waiting for a pass from him. Not exactly sound.

The repeated trend vs Valencia often forced Hazard centrally or rightwards which disturbed the entire attack. Very frustrating, The first shot Hazard took was created when Benzema was central with him on the left in his normal position this should be the case normally.

And the first goal came when the attack was in the standard setup that Zidane implemented (4-2-3-1). allowing it to maximize balls like this ; Hazard on the left with Benzema being the "central" forward and Valverde on their right.
Pretty simple. Pretty effective.

So with Zidane and the entire club willing to win La Liga , the attacking issues that have been there since day one should somehow fix up in the remaining 9 matches either by a clear set of instructions for Benzema to stay in the box for as most as possible or by..

depending on a poacher in the box (Mariano/Jovic) which is pretty unlikely given their injuries or by limited game time or by depending on Rodrygo as RW willing to run behind defenses and being direct on goal.
