[Thread] A generic list of things I wish I could say (without being rude), in a multitude of conversations I& #39;ve been involved in or have been observing recently. So dumping them in this thread as an outlet for my feeble rants -
1/6 - "That is not how either science or math work simply because you want it to"
2/6 - "There is a word for what you are doing here and it involves a fruit and an activity and the fruit maybe cherries and the activity maybe picking"
3/6 - "Everything you said so far is correct, except for your final conclusion of what it all means and hence what I should be doing about it"
4/6 - "You know both those things you said could simultaneously be true right."
5/6 - "I don& #39;t think you& #39;ve thought through all of the moral, practical, and potentially adverse consequences of what you are asking for."
6/6 - "I appreciate the creativity and appeal in your solution but fail to see how it actually solves the problem"
</end_rant>
</end_rant>
Bonus: Perhaps I should add this to my previous tweet thread as well - "Do you know how many deserts and mountain ranges that arrow is crossing?"
