How To Get The Most Out Of TERMINATE & Supercharge Your Results

1. Visualize correctly while listening

To make affirmations useful, you have to give your brain overwhelming evidence that you are confident, fearless, etc.

By visualizing you tell your brain "look...
this is what my life is like, so adapt to this environment I'm visualizing right now"

Remember that your brain can't tell the difference between fiction and reality.

That's why people can cry watching movies. Your brain thinks it's real, even tho you KNOW it's not.
Same with visualization.

1.1 Don't just visualize the end goal, but also the process.

Here's what I mean:

Don't just visualize yourself in your Village By The Sea w/ 10 mill in the bank.

Visualize working long nights, getting up earlier

Visualize yourself being disciplined.
Visualize yourself acquiring the skills you need to get to your end goal.

Visualize your brain making new connections, building new neural pathways (connecting new neurons in your brain). Visualize electric impulses traveling through these pathways, making them grow stronger
Visualize your journey from point A to point B.

And finally, visualize your end goal, too.

1.2 Secondly, visualize as vividly as possible. Make it feel as real as you can.

How does your fat wallet feel in your $25,000 Brioni Suit?
How does the beach smell at sunrise in your Village By The Sea?

Include all senses, be immersed in your visualized reality

- Touch
- Smell
- Sight
- Taste
- Sound

1.3 "Borrow" emotions from the future

How will you feel in the future?
-How will you feel with all those achievements under your belt?
- How will it feel to be completely free?
- How will it feel with so much money in the bank, you can choose to work on whatever you want to

Feel that.

Affirmations are about giving your subconscious

The more evidence it sees, the faster your beliefs will change

Solution?

Listen to TERMINATE as often as possible.

I listen to it 2-2.5+ hours/day.
Due to the great beat, you can pretty much drop the weesh harmful propaganda music anyway.

3. Before and after bed

As you might know, right before and after bed, you are in a Theta State.

The same state kids are in to learn A LOT faster.
At these times I don't listen to it in my bed.

TERMINATE gets me pumped. I'm sure most experience the same.

But before bed, I don't want to be full of energy.

So I listen to it in a unique spot to associate it with going to sleep => my body knows I'm about to sleep, get tired
And that's it, folks.
