It’s my personal opinion that Gemma O’Doherty . @gemmaod1 is in breach of Twitter rules & in breach of Irish incitement laws. Here’s my opinion how:

Cultural Marxism is a term used by the Far Right as a trope for anti-Semitism. They also identify LGBTQI existence as political. Gay people are fellow citizens protected by the Constitution & are not up for debate. I believe these tweets breach your T&C

Here’s her views on the terrorist attack by a white Fascist who murdered 51 Muslims in New Zealand. A vicious act of terrorism is termed a ‘false flag’ by her. I believe these breach your T&C

Ms O’Doherty has used her Twitter platform to bully online. This is in breach of Twitter rules AFAIK

Ms O’D is continuously tweeting about our fellow Muslim citizens at a time when mosques are under attack in Ireland & people’s lives are being put at risk. She would argue she is ‘just asking questions’. Most would see this as sophistic Islamophobia IMHO - a breach of T&C?

Then there’s the alleged conflation of LGBTQI with child abuse. Stats prove that LGBTQI are least likely to abuse kids. These tweets refer to current ed practise of teaching that there are all kinds of families (& there is no mention of sex). This is IMHO against Twitter T&C

Here’s more sinister tweets that I believe any good person of conscience would see as homophobic. Please note that LGBTQI are protected within the constitution & Ireland has incitement to hatred laws. Also the identifiable pic of 2 gay dads is definitely libellous. Another breach

Here’s more of what I believe is a clear agenda of attacking LGBTQI citizens. Describing the Gay Flag as treason when the state was founded by at least two gay men is also IMHO homophobic. More breaches?

Here’s even more of a vile campaign. Even more ‘deniable’ breaches?

The so called New World Order is a common trope of anti-Semitism as well. It is akin to the anti-Semitic vile Kalergi Plan. Breaches?

Another common trope for Anti-Semitism, amongst the Far Right, is attacking George Soros who was a child during WWII. These tweets are IMHO anti-Semitic. It is also a sustained campaign of personal abuse. That’s against T&C?

Then there’s the murder of Lesbian campaigner & journalist Lyra McKee. Her response is to share & generate conspiracies. This was deeply hurtful to the LGBTQI community across the island. You will note Twitter paraded through Dublin as part of Pride. Are you proud of this?

Another feature of Ms O’Doherty’s use of Twitter is to use children’s photographs without their parents permission. Surely this is a breach of Twitter T&C?

There are also Tweets that many in Ireland & I believe most reasonable people would consider racist. Is this a breach?

That such tweets be ignored is to condone Racism, Islamophobia, anti-Semitic, Transphobic & homophobic tweets. LGBTQI, with their long history of persecution including the Holocaust & Criminalisation do not have the luxury of such acceptance. Please act now.

I’m told that Twitter responds to petitions & this one seems to be gathering steam. Oh & for any far right readers with their claims of ‘free speech’ - (1) Twitter has T&C & is a Corp & (2) the origins & history of free speech was to allow the powerless to criticise the powerful. Attacking minorities & promoting hate are not & have never been part of Free Speech

Oh & this homophobic one from yesterday. . @Jack & . @TwitterDublin please address why . @Gemmaod1 is allowed to breach Twitter T&C? Surely your own LGBTQI staff deserve their rights respected too?
