A few months ago, my 3rd eye and crown opened a little too much and it was scary
But I was able to temporarily contact family members who have passed away and I can confirm that lighting candles and doing certain things to help them cross over peacefully are effective

I have two family members who passed away very young and very suddenly. One a woman and one a man. And I believe the condition they were in in the afterlife is directly linked to what took place after they died (the actions my family took afterward)

I’m referring to them as their gender and not as their name nor title/relation in this thread for privacy purposes of course
