CHINA’S HUNGER FOR THE LAND!

U.S.A. and Europe have shown SERIOUS CONCERNS regarding CHINA’S strategic
and economic aggression across the world.
Few important concerns are
mentioned below.

1. China’s HUNGER for the land

2. China a THREAT to liberal DEMOCRATIC order

3. NO RESPECT FOR HUMAN RIGHTS

4. TRADE MALPRACTICES of china

5. Ever increasing military budget of china
LAND HUNGER OF CHINA

China has been trying to grab the land in its neighbourhood through its Coercive Diplomacy against its SMALL NEIGHBOURING COUNTRIES.

China grabs the offshore lands and ports of developing countries through DEBT TRAP DIPLOMACY
List of TRUE events - NEO COLONIALISM BY CHINA

1. CHINA had given loan to SriLanka for building AIRPORT&HAMBANTOTA PORT
SriLankan gov failed to recover loan amount &on that basis gave access of HAMBANTOTA PORT to CHINA for 99YEARS ON LEASE
Revenue part will be taken care by Chin
3. China has financed number of public work projects in DJIBOUTI like stadium, office of ministry of foreign affairs, palace of president, etc but Djibouti govt felt into debt trap and ultimately DJIBOUTI HAS TO GIVE ACCESS TO ITS PORT TO CHINA TO BUILD MILITARY BASE.
AND THERE'S MANY MORE...

CHINA also gave loan to
5. MALAYSIA,
6. South Africa,
7. Venezula,

ARE THE COUNTRIES FACING DEBT TRAP and due to which gave some or the other ACCESS TO THEIR ASSETS and STAKE TO CHINA.
Belt and Road initiative would also become a reason of DEBT TRAP DIPLOMACY IN FUTURE.

As well as China dominancy on SOUTH CHINA SEA where it is exploring natural resources like crude oil amd minerals so that it will not depend on other countries and AVOID SANCTIONS BY WEST.
WHY COUNTRIES TAKE LOANS FROM CHINA?

IMF, WORLD BANK and other institutions give loans with high rate of interest as compare to China’s rate of interest.
Plus these bodies have quite TOUGH CRITERIA for loans.
Criteria of loans given by China is easy and can easily get loans.
HUMAN RIGHT VIOLATOR

China poses an “existential threat” to the international human rights system.
China’s approach in dealing with
1. WUHAN CORONA VIRUS Outbreak

2. SUPPRESSING VOICES of
freedom in Hong Kong and

3. INDISCRIMINANT KILLING of UYGHUR MUSLIMS in
XINJIANG province drawn attentions of human right groups.
TRADE MALPRACTICES OF CHINA

- Condition of protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights is VERY POOR IN CHINA.

https://www.americanmanufacturing.org/blog/entry/cracking-chinas-playbook-for-unfair-trade
Intellectual property rights holders face not only a COMPLEX AND UNCERTAIN ENFORCEMENT environment, but also pressure to TRANSFER intellectual property rights to enterprises in China through a number of GOVERNMENT
POLICIES AND PRACTICES.
THE ABOVE IS CURRENT PRACTICES OF CHINA.

BUT IN THE PAST CHINA HAD SAME POLICIES "HUNGER FOR THE LAND"

1. The peaceful buddhist country of TIBET WAS INVADED by COMMUNISTS CHINA in 1949.

Since that time, over 1.2 million out of 6 million Tibetans have been killed...
Since that time, over 1.2 million out of 6 M Tibetans have been killed, over 6000 monastaries have been destroyed, and thousands of TIbetans have been imprisoned.

2.  In Tibet today, there is NO FREEDOM OF SPEECH, RELIGION, or PRESS and arbitrary dissidents continue.
3. The Dalai Lama, Tibet's political and spiritual leader, fled to India in 1959.

He now lives among over 100,000 other TIBETAN REFUGEES and THEIR GOVERNMENT IN EXILE.
4. FORCED ABORTION, STERILIZATION of TIBETAN WOMEN and the transfer of low income Chinese citizens threaten the survival of Tibet's unique culture.

In some Tibetan provinces, Chinese settlers outnumber Tibetans 7 to 1.
5. Within China itself, MASSIVE HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSES CONTINUE.

It is estimated that there up to twenty million Chinese citizens working in PRISON CAMPS.
6. Most of the Tibetan plataeu lies above 14,000 feet.

Tibet is the source of five of Asia's greatest rivers, which over 2 billion people depend upon.

SINCE 1959, the CHINESE government estimates that they have removed over $54 billion worth of timber..
.. Over 80% of their forests have been destroyed, and large amoutns nuclear and toxic waste have been disposed of in Tibet...
Present Situation of TIBET -

From a LEGAL standpoint, Tibet has NOT LOST ITS STATEHOOD.
It is an INDEPENDENT under ILLEGAL OCCUPATIONS.
Neither China's military invasion nor the continuing occupation by the PLA has transferred the SOVEREIGNTY of Tibet to China.
U.S. lawmaker introduces a bill (H.R. 6948) in
Congress to declare TIBET as an
Independent country (on 19th May 2020)

The 14th and current Dalai Lama is Tenzin Gyatso, who
lives as a refugee in India.🇮🇳
In 1913, the 13th Dalai Lama - Tibet's political and spiritual leader - issued a proclamation reaffirming Tibet’s independence: "We are a small, religious, and independent nation."
Tibet - The country had its own national flag, currency, stamps, passports and army; signed international treaties, and maintained diplomatic relations with neighbouring countries.
In 1950, the newly established Communist regime in China invaded Tibet, which was rich in natural resources and had a strategically important border with India.
Tibet today is under China’s occupation.
The Chinese government justifies its occupation by claiming that Tibet has been part of China for around 800 years.
Its claim is not supported by the facts.
Chinese invasion and occupation
The turning point in Tibet's history came in 1949, when the People's Liberation Army of the PRC first crossed into Tibet.
After defeating the small Tibetan army, the Chinese Government imposed the so-called "Seventeen-Point Agreement for the Peaceful Liberation of Tibet" on the Tibetan Government in May 1951.
Because it was signed under duress, the agreement was void under international law.
The presence of 40,000 troops in Tibet, the threat of an immediate occupation of Lhasa and the prospect of the total obliteration of the Tibetan state left Tibetans little choice.
Subsequently, on his journey into exile, the 14th Dalai Lama completely
repudiated the agreement, which he has repeated on many occasions.
On May 14, 1995, the exiled Dalai Lama, a Nobel laureate with a wide
global following, recognized six-year-old Gedhun Choekyi Nyima as the
reincarnation of the Panchen Lama

Panchen Lama is the second most senior figure in Tibetan Buddhism’s
largest school.
The boy was taken into custody three days later and has not been seen
since, human rights groups calling him the world’s youngest political
prisoner.

6 year old Panchen Lama was kidnapped by the Chinese government...

in January 2020,
