No Ego lifting
If your workout partner doesn’t show up in 15 mins, start without them, don’t be too dependent on motivation from someone else
Leave women alone in the gym, they do not need your help unless they ask for it, stop always trying to ‘assist’ the hot lady in your gym
Squats is not just a leg program, it’s full body workout
Not everybody that works out consistently do it to get big/huge, we all have different goals and built differently, respect each other’s grind and don’t talk like your mouth leaks ...
