Really feeling optimistic (albeit a bit salty) over the results of including and excluding dairy (not including butter) on satiation, satiety, and spontaneous fasting in a high fat carnivore context.
Cheese >1 oz at meal -> no evident satiation at meal (just get bored and stop...
...eating eventually), and poor satiety throughout the day. End up eating much more over the course of the day, and have less energy.
Cheese <1 oz -> pronounced satiation during meal, burst of energy directly after meal (spontaneous exercise) and higher chance of spontaneous...
...fasting (even multi-day!!!) if absolutely no dairy besides butter at the meal. Meal enjoyment is also very high in this context.

I would REALLY like to get back to the level of health I was sliding towards directly after the ketoAF experiment and prior to the high carb...
...experiment that came directly after. I am definitely nowhere near it, and still have not lost all the weight gained from the HC experiment. The experiment was last year!
But these results give me some optimism that sticking to high fat with limited or no dairy is the way to..
... go from here. It has been frustrating, the experiment did far more than I thought it would, especially over the longterm. I have gotten comments on the weight gain on twitter, and I am aware it's noticable. Believe me, I notice! But I am working on it. Shit ain't easy...
...especially being a quasi-public figure. But I'm also glad that I can share what I'm learning via my own experience in case others are in a similar situation. I will continue to do so as I move forward. Sometimes it's a marathon, not a sprint, towards good health.
