So I went to my doctor because my inhaler stopped working so I needed him to up my prescription. He walked in and he was the same nice doc I know. He asked about my septum piercings and then he asked if I had more. I showed him my frenulum and he said he liked them.

We moved on and we started talking about why I was there. So he needed to examine me. He didn’t ask to touch me, he just walked towards me and started unbuckling my belt. When I say I froze, I mean I FROZE.

He then lifted up my top and I thought he was gonna use that stethoscope thing to examine me but instead he lifted my bra up. I looked at him and no words came out. A bitch was shaking and vibrating sitting on that chair.

He saw my nipple piercings and he was shook. He asked “do you do girls or boys”. I paused for a good minute and I was just staring at him. I didn’t answer. He played with my nipple piercings and while doing that he was feeling on them and my boobs. It gets worse...

He then says “pull your pants down, I want to see if you have a clit piercing”. I looked at him and I could just feel every muscle in my body freezing. He reached for my pants to pull them down and I said “no”. He said “I just want to see the piercing not your vagina”.

My heart was beating so fast and I genuinely didn’t know what to do. When he reached for my pants again to pull them down I just pushed him away and I said “no”. He saw how scared and uncomfortable I was. He cleared his throat and went back to his sit to write my prescription.

I always thought if I’d ever be sexually assaulted again, I’d fight and protect myself but I’m so surprised that my body shut down. I’ve been thinking about this the whole day and it’s making me feel so bad about myself for some reason.

Like why didn’t I say no when he was playing with my boobs? Otherwise I just felt like sharing. Be careful girls when you visit your doctors. They should ask to touch your body. They should ask to use the stethoscope on you. They should ASK everytime.
