I did not get a 4.0 GPA from kindergarten to graduating high school with a 4.2 GPA just to let down my family, close friends, and teachers that have always supported me. I've been living in Palmdale for 15 years of my life, I gotta move on to the next chapter of my life soon
I applied to colleges and universities last minute because I knew it wouldn't really help me get the career I want. Since my parents didn't have the opportunity to finish their education, I'm making sure I make them proud and set the example for my 6 siblings.
My major is currently Computer Science but I recently realized that it really doesn't fit me and I was just getting stressed from coding and even being in depression. This is why I started "making music" in 2019, which I didn't have no clue about and just recorded over a beat lol
I just finished my 2nd year of uni 5 weeks ago, I'm in the process of switching my major. I realized that I've always had a passion for music, but I always hid it because my own parents would judge me for the types of music I listened to.
I'm 20 and could move out whenever I want, and when I do, I'm making sure I won't come back and take a room away from my siblings because they really need it.
I founded my own underground music promoting page on all social medias called Manifesting Vibez since April 15th, 2020 and since then, I have been in contact with 100+ talented artists/producers around the globe.
My short term goals are to get a decent car, move out asap, get an internship in the music industry, and graduate from college.
If you took the time to read this whole thread, I love you whether you like or dislike me. If you know of anyone that has a spot in the San Fernando Valley or somewhere close to CSUN, please let me know, I'm trying to move out by August/September! I would appreciate it a lot! DM!
