New treatments are typically given to healthy subjects first because you can never know the effects it can have until you try it and they usually pay you in compensation. Giving it exclusively to oppressed people is dangerous.

More POC have to be included in clinical trials but this is obviously not the way!

And I'm talking about clinical trials cause those are the people first receiving a new treatment or vaccine. Even when it becomes available in the market, clinical trials are still ongoing.

In summary, this is a huge red flag.
