I am getting a LOT of DMs about the #paytransparency Google doc from respondents wanting to delete or amend their information. This is NOT mine and is not associated with the official #BookJobTransparency campaign or Survey which is going through detailed consultation. 1/?
All work towards salary transparency in publishing is vital and welcomed. The #BookJobTransparency campaign has been going since 2017 and is in complement to the hard work for many more years by @bookcarer
and others in the field. This is our website https://bookjobtransparency.co.uk

2/?
We are designing a #BookJobTransparency survey with distinct aims. It will be anonymous, and focus on transparency and inclusivity, using salaries as an entry point. We will publish our aims and how we intend to handle and analyse the data to build a clear case for change.

3/?
Please bear with us as this kind of thing takes time, is sensitive, and we want to get it right. This is built on the work and research of many people doing brilliant work. We want to honour this work.

We will publish details here https://www.bookjobtransparency.co.uk/the-survey
