This is Infuriating. 
1) A Latina cop smiling and smirking at the family on the scene as the family demands answers for this murder.
2) The family is also claiming that the Sherrif destroyed security footage of the them murdering this kid.

UPDATE: came to speak with the manager. Andres ran down the driveway, got on his knees and put his hands behind his head. Then 1 Cop shot him in the back 7 times. They broke all the cameras and took the DVR, which they pulled a warrant for after the fact. Video of this coming – bei Bike Kings Motorsports
The Family of Daniel Hernandez, another person killed by police, can to support. I spoke with Daniel’s sister, Marina Vergara who says, (paraphrasing) ~ I see BLM, we support it, but where is all the raza? This is an issue that affects both of us and raza isn’t coming out enough!

I asked about the Sherrif’s claims that Andres had a gun, manager disagrees. Here’s his statement.
According to the Manager, Andrew Haney, Andres was talking to a couple girls in their car when Sheriff’s drew guns, pursued, and killed Andres. Here’s him breaking it down.
According to the manager, the police were not called by anybody. Why the the sherrif’s pulled up and pointed guns at Andres is a mystery. There was no reason for them to be there.
Also interesting to note, @LASDHQ has not mentioned this event at all in their feed.

Update: @LASDHQ held a press conference today to address the following. 1) The cameras were taken to look for memory cards in them. They didn’t have any. They are attempting to contact the security system co. for video stored in the cloud. —
2) Sheriff’s state the owner willfully handed over the DVR, but advised it wasn’t connected. (Note: person with testimony in earlier tweets was the manager, not the owner).
3) Re: No body Cameras, Sherrif Villanueva explains the county board of supervisors is lagging on getting the body cameras, he would like to have the officers wear them.
4)There was a shooting (not officer involved) on 6/7 at the same shop. It’s unclear if police involved with Andrés Guardado were aware or if that was a factor in this incident. Sheriffs state a shot gun & drugs were recovered from the body shop that day. Victim survived shooting
