A Nintendo DLC thread cause, kinda wanna rate it plus i just got done with Isle of Armor.. So ye. I just wanna push my thoughts and rate them for what they're worth.
Splatoon 2 DLC- Octoling expansion is fucking great, has a better story than base game and a ton of fun missions with some neat music and visuals. Being able to play as the octoling on onlone matches feel rewarding as well. 8/10
Zelda BOTW- was honestly really pleasant, i clocked in at least 7 hours on completion. Hardmode looks neat, but the extra story missions was fun as hell. The final shrine was kinda ass, but the boss fight and reward made it worth it. The bonus dlc armor was also fun too. 7/10
Pokemon sw/sh- oh boy.. People don't like this game cause- ye. But i honestly fell in love. The dlc was a ton of fun, and honestly almost feels as an alternate starting route if you were to do a new run. The new legend is really neat and fills in that legendary trio gap. 7/10
Xenoblade 2- this game was ass.. Bought the season pass and i wasted fucking 100$ i don't even have the patience to beat the game. It's a shit take on the Xenoblade universe and it's not worth the time to play. Which means, never touched the dlc. Shit game/10
Fire emblem three houses- dlc is.. Kinda bad, the story is decent but it just adds way more questions to the story. It has so many gaps that they probably won't be filled in. The new characters and classes are cool but nothing to make it worth. Hope they do more dlc. 5/10
Smash bros- dlc in smash is an iffy knowings its just characters. Honestly, i could care less who gets added. As long as they're fun and i can use them well i'm happy. I love most of the dlc characters so far so i'm pretty happy. Byleth is my favorite. 8/10
These are the only Nintendo games i own with the dlc, so these are my hot takes. Idk, Nintendo has had some really good content latley and it's nice to see it show. This thread probably won't be seen but fuck it. I wanted to do this for awhile cause ye.
