How Spurs can beat Man U in a must win match (a thread)

In this thread I will,

Analyse the last game we played against united and what we need to do better/different to win this time.
Form

Man U - DWWDW
Spurs - WWLLD

Clearly United have the better form coming into the game but due to the circumstances it obviously is not as good of an indication. For Spurs lockdown seems to have come at the perfect time so that our best players could come back from injury.
Last Game

In December we faced Man U at Old Trafford and lost 2-1. What can we take from this game?
Lineups - United

Man U lined up in a 4-2-3-1 and didn’t change their shape all match. Young and AWB would constantly make runs down the flanks troubling the sluggish vertonghen in his unnatural LB position.....
United also controlled the midfield with Fred and Mctominay allowing freedom for the front 3 of Rashford Greenwood and James - we can expect a much different lineup
Spurs

Similarly we lined up in a 4-2-3-1 with dele playing behind kane and Lucas and son on the flanks - contrastingly to utd we would change shape on the attacking and defensive phases. When attacking Kane would drop back to free up son and Lucas and look to be the playmaker.
Defensively we changed to a 4-4-2 with a medium block - this failed - our press failed miserably to halt utds progressive play - the banks of four were not compact easily allowing the utd forwards to find space once it was bypassed
Failures

When out of possession we were clueless - do we press or sit back and absorb it - this meant our pressing attempts were fragmented and left plenty of open space to be desired - often dele and Kane would press with no supporting midfielder allowing utd to easily play out
So if we have improved our press it will go a long way to helping us win the game
When in possession we fell under attack from utds great high press - we constantly failed in our attempts to play out from the back with our back line under immense pressure
Due to oles new acquisitions like Bruno united will be a much more potent threat thus we need to neutralise their press and buildup in order to stop them regaining possession in dangerous areas
Due to the press we struggled to have long spells in the opposition half - when we did kane drops which usually disorganises the opposition but Lindelof and maguire stayed put in their respective areas meaning that Kane became less of a playmaking threat
So how can we beat them?

We all know Jose loves his defensive football so I think he will look to absorb the United press and exploit them on the break as we have seen countless times - in many ways if we win I see this being a similar game to city
On the whole our defensive shape was good in the last game, restricting space in midfield through winks and Sissoko - as seen below if utd make a mistake due to them overloading the right flank there is often space for son to exploit
AWB is encouraged to support the attack which means the right flank is vulnerable as only Fred slots in to cover it - if we can catch united out higher upfield the flanks will be vulnerable and we can slot in using the pace of son/Bergwijn
Regaining possession upfield will be key to winning this game - put the ball out to the flanks and cut back in to the edge of the box where united consistently left exposed last time around
If we do catch them out Fred will probs be the most likely person to pressure - when Fred loses the ball the utd midfield is lacklustre and can’t keep up with the run of play - we should aim to take Fred out of the game and exploit the areas that the midfield leaves open
Overall Utd leave many gaps in the midfield that are a result of the press - maybe Gedson could sneak into those areas and exploit
In possession we need to be more proactive and mobile by opening up more passing lanes, resist the press, be confident on the ball and go against kane dropping deep. Defensively we need to sort that formation keeping more compact and pressing more.
With all that said what about the lineups

With dele, tanganga and likely Lo celso out this is how I think spurs should line up
And this is apparently the leaked Man U lineup
Thank you all for reading - likes Rts and follows greatly appreciated
Forgot to add my prediction

Spurs 1-2 United

Rashford to score first, then a kane equaliser and a lateish winner from either Bruno or martial
