But should I bring back enough team members to staff a 25 cover restaurant or a 90 cover restaurant? Hard to tell which ones we’ve got right now.

me again. Just wondering if it’s a cool idea to spend thousands on each site making Perspex screens and masks so that people feel safer sitting closer together? Or is that not required?

Sorry just one more small question. My kitchens are very small. Should I cut the menu by 50% because team members will have to be distanced or is it ok for chefs to work side by side if they’re wearing masks?

It’s just that we’ve already permanently closed one restaurant because it is tiny and unlikely to be viable in a post covid/huge recession and we had run out of cash. People have lost jobs and you’ve lost all the tax we pay. Lots of love. X
