This would mean 24 votes for the BJP.
5 MLAs are still reportedly in the BJP's camp. That would mean 29 votes for the BJP.
7 Congress MLAs are pending disqualification although Speaker's order is awaited on the same, in line with HC order.

If these seven MLAs are disqualified, the strength of the house would be reduced to 52.

Out of the 7 Congress MLAs, 4 have already reportedly been disqualified by the Speaker.

1 TMC MLA too has been disqualified.

If true, the BJP has pulled quite a stunt in Manipur.

I'm guessing the strength of the house right now is 54. If BJP has pulled around 29 votes, it is winning the Rajya Sabha seat from the state.

Verdict by the High Court on disqualification of 7 Congress MLAs is awaited.

Also, don't crucify me if things go south from here. I'm just glad that BJP is giving the Congress a run for its money in Manipur, quite literally.
