The other thing I’ve always struggled to grasp is why people wonder why bad things happen if there is a God? Like this kind of devalues anyone’s God or casts doubt on the existence of.

As I observe it most bad things occur because of humanity (people) and have nothing to do with God.

With the exception of dying which goes part in parcel with living.

I’m not religious for the record. I believe in God though.

i was brought up by atheists and I’m not part of a church or religion and never have been.

The thing about God is that existence cannot be proven or disproven and so it’s a never ending debate.

I personally don’t mind what people believe and believe we are all equal as humans

Often human beings doing bad wicked things in the name of religion put ppl off of God but they are not God either.

Humanity can be quite rank and rancid.

But I don’t confuse the two things.
