To better understand our way of viewing human/animal relationships. Calling them bigots, linking to silly pinned comments, etc etc aren’t helping us in any capacity to endure ourselves to the wider audience of the world. As a zoo I stand to create understanding amongst both
Ourselves and those who oppose us, I don’t look to change the minds of those who disagree with myself but I do hope to at least come to some sort of common ground with the anti zoo community. I ask that my fellow zoo’s share this thread not so I can be looked upon as the zoo MLK
But as a proud zoo who merely wishes to better understand the other side of the coin and hopefully get even a single anti zoo to understand my fight for even a shred of acceptance. #StandWithJoey #UnderstandingYourNeighbor
