I can say with utmost confidence now that tiktok > instagram. I follow mainly doctors, obgyns, nutritionists & intuitive eating content and I have learned SO MUCH in a span of 3 weeks. So much knowledge and information for free!! Siapa yg hating on tiktok, rugi sangat
Once you like these kind of accounts, naturally your FYP page will be filled with likewise content. So if you complain about seeing teenagers dancing je, umm tiktok’s algorithm is based on what you enjoy watching so..... thats on you.

the moves are simple and not intimidating at all. @/justin_agustin. Also discovered that slow, weighted workouts work better for me than high cardio. High cardio stresses my body out and increases cortisol

@/jaztyler is one of my fav accounts too and she’s the reason I found out about frozen berries & other cheaper healthy food alternatives. Didn’t think fruit smoothies everyday was possible for me cuz mahal do’oh but not anymoreee
Last but not least (for now) I loveeee @/wholesome_lee on tiktok she makes the best healthy & easy dessert recipes. Everyday I get to treat myself to good delicious treats so I don’t feel like I’m on a restrictive diet at all.
