A thread on the ideas presented by @Infinitchy in his very important video that you must watch.
Ashish dropped some very important nuggets of knowledge in the video that I'm reproducing below with some rephrasing.

Ashish uses the framework of Game Theory to talk about asymmetry when a finite minded player is pitted against an infinite minded player. I prefer the terms myopic and non-myopic players that are playing an infinite game with each other.

The myopic player always loses against a non-myopic player because while the myopic player plays within some framework of rules and boundaries, the non-myopic player is playing to continue the game.

Finite victories in an infinite contest are meaningless.

The battle of narratives is a long term game, temporary alliances can be forged in service of long term (infinite) goals.
In an infinite game, beneath temporary compromises is the unbending commitment to the propagation of certain values.

While the adversaries are playing an infinite game, the Hindu horizon is relatively limited. Modern Hindus deal with narratives in the most unimaginative ways possible because they are playing a finite game, in which they are always complaining to a non existing referee.

Putting your favorite politician in the parliament is a finite win, it really means nothing in the bigger picture. We need to stop depending on the state, quit looking for solutions in electoral politics.

Know that there are no shortcuts to building n supporting your own elite institutions that represent your civilization, institutions that can talk back to the adversary and land a solid blow.

Unfortunately Hindus are playing to win a finite battle when the clash happens to be infinite. In the Hindu finite game mindset, rules have replaced values, conformity has replaced ambition, platitudes have replaces clarity of thought and emotion has replaced intellect.

Apologies, if I have paraphrased wrongly or misread his message in any way. This thread is only for saving some ideas I found useful. The video discusses more things that I have not included here, please watch the video for yourself.
