Thirdly, although not so important, knowing the calibre of people that follow you & enjoy the bigotry and stupidity you transmit, nothing can cure that inherent Ignorance and in-depth woes they suffer.

Yet, there are few who may want to get the true picture of the matter. So I decide to respond. To begin with, you do not have any evidence that such video comes from northern Nigeria, your sworn enemy, although you did not also stated that in the video, now your pinned tweet.

But the crowd of unlettered bigots under your tweet all allude to the fact that it is certainly from northern Nigeria. From the way the man's name Mohumed El Hassin was written, to how he speaks, it says a lot about the fact that he isn't from northern Nigeria. Assuming he is;

this issue is one which excellent works have been done about, to verify the authenticity of that statement via an organized Hadith verification science called MUSTALAH AL-HADITH. Honestly, I do not expect a typical Nigerian Christian to know what it means, even with google help.

This is because, a majority of you do not even understand the religion they claim to practice. How on earth should one expect you to understand what others practice, especially that the latter is one surrounded by deep knowledge and philosophy? The narration used to support

the age of consent has not been spared by scholars of Hadith & has passed very rigorous verification process. Twitter is not a place such superior knowledge can be learnt. However, you can look for the PhD works of Dr. Arnold Mol, who studied Islamic Intellectual & Exegetical

history, to understand the comprehensive works done on this issue. It is not something your pastors teach in Sunday Class nor what you learn from Sahara Reporters. I do not expect you to have learnt any of these though, especially that cocaine & drugs have damaged your brain.

One of such works he reported was that of Salaahaddin Al-Idlibi, who studied the source of this narration & found it to be discrepant (Shaaz) & defective (Ma'lool) on the basis of many evidences which evidently suggested that such narration would rather suggest the age of consent

to be 18 years old, considering that Aisha (RA) was born 4 years prior to the beginning of the prophetic mission, betrothed in the 10th year of prophethood at age 14 & married the prophet a year after the migration of the prophet to Madinah, at almost 18 years old.

So many arguments, scholarly arguments, have been put forth with regards to the discrepancy of the often used narrations & how it contradicts other Hadiths (narrations) even in Saheeh Bukhari. In addition to this, several biographical sources including At-Tabari, Ibn Sa'd,

Ibn Asaakir, Ibn Al-Atheer, Ibn Abdal-Barr and so on do not support the narration that has been dented with discrepancy by this scholar. After all the excellent work, he attributed that Hadith to a mistaken statement in transmission (Tawahhum Qaul al-Murawi). This is scholarship!
