Audibly moved, she continues “Members, I’m exhausted. I’m not the only one. We are tired of the inaction. We’re tired of the excuses. We’re tired of being ignored. We’re tired of burying our murdered family members. These bills were created with those who are closest to the pain”

She ends by asking members to vote yes, and says the names of people murdered by police.
