Props to Amy Klobuchar for doing what she did tonight, but let's be real. She wouldn't have done that to Biden unless he's already on board with it. She wouldn't have done that to Warren, unless Warren is already out. They're all on the same team. This isn't junior high school.

Point being, those who think Klobuchar was trying to publicly back Biden into a corner tonight, or those who think Klobuchar was trying to stick it to Warren tonight, have a fundamental misunderstanding of how ALL of this works. This isn't a Showtime drama

What's remarkable is that this running mate process has had so little drama among those actually involved in it, and yet so much drama on Twitter among the fans of each pick. It's like reading a running commentary about an over-the-top reality show that doesn't even exist.

But as usual, I'm just pissing off everyone on all sides of this debate, by saying things that are accurate and make sense. It's always funny how much controversy I tend to create by NOT being controversial
