Trans peeps - does anyone else have severe memory issues from decades of detachment? I was diagnosed by a therapist, but I’m curious how prevalent it might be in the community. I’m REALLY bad with dates and the measurement of time. Two years ago seriously feels like ten for me

To further elaborate on my end, I remember emotional events, but it’s nearly impossible for me to place them in a time from outside of like, a spread of five years. Dates are hard. Phone numbers.

And I always feel such shame about forgetting things, like I did something g wrong
