Don and I have been together for over 3 years and he literally still asks for permission to even cuddle with me or touch me in any way before he does it because he understands CONSENT and that no matter how long you’re with someone or how comfortable you are it’s ALWAYS needed

I’m in no way applauding him for doing this but I’m saying this needs to be more normalized. It’s a simple “can we cuddle?” before reaching over and grabbing my waist. Just because you’re in a relationship with someone that doesn’t equal an all-access 24/7 pass to their body
