thread (sorry) + tw sexual assault: trauma seeps into your life & takes so many things in it from you. I was sexually abused when I was young & the world is a lot different when you grew up with that festering throughout your adolescence

it’s been a while since i’ve talked about it and I’m in a much different place in a lot of ways now than I was when I last did, but I’m really proud of myself for just being able to.

being ~online~ feels kind of fraught sometimes. I used to tag as many phrases as I could think of to avoid thinking about it but it isn’t something that will ever go away, it’s something that i live with every day and get reminded about constantly so it was kind of pointless lmao
