schools need to teach people how to graciously take your L and go home and sit with it
imagine the energy of spending 24 hours refuting everyone instead of saying "hey, maybe i fucked this up?"
fun story: i tweeted something really dumb last year and people immediately started calling me out on it. i resisted for about 45 minutes until a friend DM& #39;ed and was like "dude, seriously?" and I stepped back, saw my error, deleted it and apologized.
and i think about that dude i was for that 45 minutes, refusing to entertain that my opinion was somehow troublesome, and i think "what an asshole"
does it suck to fuck up in public? VERY MUCH. does it suck more to not admit it? sure seems like.
in conclusion, i doubt he has friends
