Honestly the thing that enrages me the most about our traditional outlooks on life and among society is how we have always looked down upon darker skin complexions
(1/n)
Ive read somewhere that this discrimination started along the lines of slavery where obviously the whites were richer and had slaves with skin complexions darker than them. so it basically came down to just hating upon skin tones
(2/n)
So the slaves with dark skin tones were just hated with a passion by the whites because they didn't wanna ever associated with them. This started as them being called ugly and other slurs i don't wanna talk about rn

this is just another after effects of what colonialism and race supremacy has done throughout history and sometimes we fail to acknowledge these
(4/n)
This really makes me hate myself and everyone around me because at one point or another it has been done by us too willingly, unwillingly or even in subtle things. This is one reason why i think we need to bring all the rules down and start over
(5/n)
We all need to open up our minds for this. Adapting to good traditional methods, keeping aside the good morals we have with us right now, and mixing them with modern ways of living might be a good start to a good culture. Feminism tries to do this with patriarchy everyday
(6/n)
I think its only possible if we want to see things not the way we find easy but through a shared perspective. Everyones opinions and experiences should matter for this and we should be open for all of it
