D. Forward Lip Pursing, mild — indicating:

• Undisclosed disagreement
• Clandestine plans
• Belief his plans can be successfully implemented

6/ Gaetz's head, neck, and torso tilt toward Nestor are indicative of significant affection for Nestor.

7/ When posing for a picture, the vast majority of times it's wise and much more sincere to remove your sunglasses, even while in sunny areas, than to keep them on (unless, say you don't care for the people with whom you're posing).

8/ Sunglasses very much serve as a partial mask, hiding a significant portion of your face, emotions, and true intentions. Removing sunglasses engenders sincerity, warmth, openness, friendliness, and empathy.

9/ SUMMARY: In this image, Rep. Matt Gaetz is projecting significant affection toward Nestor Galban. Simultaneously, however, Gaetz is also feeling anxiety, mild anger, undisclosed/partially undisclosed emotions, and contemplating unshared/clandestine plans.
