"let people have trans/lesbian/gay/LGBT headcanons" and "don't fucking erase canon gay/trans people's identities" are statements that can and should coexist

you are not being "big brained" for headcanoning gay characters as bisexual or bisexual characters as gay. trust me.

I've gotten multiple people in my mentions about this: nobody is saying headcanons are canon. literally at no point did I ever say that.
