Got the alert for this @realDonaldTrump tweet as the president was taking part in a roundtable event at the White House.

As noted in the screenshot, it says it was sent via an iPhone. I can't confirm whether it's from the president's phone, but watch the video in this thread:

Right after the tweet was sent, I turned on the White House livestream and noticed @realDonaldTrump fiddling with a phone.

I clicked back about a minute or two, and you can see the president take a phone out and begin swiping/typing as two small biz owners speak.

In total, the president had the phone out for nearly 3.5 minutes while small business owners spoke about their experience during the #coronavirus pandemic.

Again, not sure if @realDonaldTrump was tweeting during the event, but at the least, he seemed restless/distracted.
