We've been a fan of @Domhnallh @CiotogC for a while, so we were super-excited when they agreed to do the map for our game THE VOTE. It's been hard to keep this under our hat while we wait for something to show off, and now we do. Here's a snippet of the map (work in progress):

Not enough to whet your appetite? How's about a peek at the score track?

One of the first ideas I had for this project was to have a winding score track reminiscent of the didactic, moralistic roll-and-move board games of the late 19th/early 20th century. Donal delivered on this and then some, with just the right number of decorative elements to evoke

the feel of the period without evoking the "busy-ness" of those early games. The result is something that feels like something of the period, but is still unquestionably a modern, sleek design -- exactly why we wanted to work with Donal.
