I’m ready to tell my story of my past with my abusive ex and everything I’ve experienced with our family and criminal court system.
Yannick-Noah Davis is my abusive ex. Everything’s happened in Henderson Nevada. He threw my head into my car when I was 8 months pregnant. He’s taken my phone, my keys and pushed me down when I tried running for help, he’s hit me and kicked me. He’s kicked a crack in my car.
I am not getting the justice I deserve in the court system which is why I’m posting this now. All the lawyers I’ve spoke to (4+) have advised me he won’t serve any jail time. Even with clear fucking evidence, he literally apologized for hitting me in text messages.
He was arrested and was in there for like 2 days and got out on bond or bail or whatever it’s called. Because of Covid his trial was pushed back a few months so he’s been walking free doing whatever the fuck and will get offered a plea deal.

His criminal court hearings in July 7th. Idgaf who I have to tag I’ll tag Beyoncé, Oprah idgaf. He needs punishment and help yet ALL lawyers said he’ll get a plea bargain and no jail time. I literally got on video him assaulting me and threatening to beat the shit out of me.
We have a 5 month old daughter. Please don’t let her become another statistic of domestic violence. He gets supervised visitation at my sister in laws because of Covid. He didn’t even go the other week because he was out all night fucking partying.
The FIRST time I called the police on him HE CONVINCED THE POLICE to TAKE HIM HOME. I found out he saw some girl on Fremont and he flipped when I tried ending it. He ripped the mirror visor off of my car and afterwards he told me “yeah normally they would’ve taken me to jail”
I tried suing for full custody but this judge deemed that my daughter NEEDED to see her abusive father. And because of Covid-19 our hearing was over a phone call. All it took for him to hit me was me crying... what’s going to happen when my daughter upsets him??
I’ve tried ending it so many times. He literally chased after me and refused to let me break up with him and said I deserved everything. We got into my car after this and he grabbed my head and threw it into the car pillow. I was literally 8 months pregnant. We could’ve both died
He’s literally screamed at me he didn’t want her. You can LITERALLY hear him say he wants to beat the shit out of me
We’d always talk about having children together. We never used protection. I told him when I was ovulating. Yet he screamed at me to get an abortion. And he cheated on me my entire pregnancy and went out to bars and parties every weekend but kept saying he loved me.
He cheated on me my entire pregnancy and AFTER I had our baby. He begged for pussy from someone else because I was pregnant. But he’d tell me I was crazy. I didn’t find this out until now. He’s literally still telling people we’re together? Fucking psycho, he needs fucking help.
I’d cry every week and pray every day hoping I wouldn’t miscarry from the trauma he put me through. Constantly going out every weekend. Lying about talking to girls at bars. I had to BEG his mom to tell him to help me with the stroller because he wouldn’t respond to me.
I’ve been victim shamed by his friends for not leaving sooner. I’ve been slut shamed for not taking him back. All while taking care of a fucking newborn by myself while constantly bleeding and stitched up from child birth.

The whole point of my thread is to spread awareness and get public support to email/call the city attorney and district attorney to sentence him to jail and for me to keep fighting until I get full custody!!!!
