4. Meet the last death on Hoover Dam projects official fatality list: Patrick Tierney. You guessed it. J.G. Tierney’s SON.... wait for it...13 YEARS later after Dad dies to exact date.
Patrick died December 20th, 1935; Dad in 1922.
