1/n @khanumarfa ,you being a semi-literate wouldn't have read the paper. But anyways used it as a weapon against Brahmins, everyone's punchbag ! So i'll be ripping the farcical paper apart in the following thread, much of it is self destructive. https://twitter.com/khanumarfa/status/1273570666424332288
2/n The paper attempts to get an easy answer to a complex question with much nuances with 2 simple questions. And if one answers both "or" either question as "yes", practices "untouchability", how convenient !!!!
3/n
let's see how it went !

So 44% of brahmins said they practice "untouchability".

But 85% of brahmins have 'no problem' with a SC person entering their kitchen/touching utensils.

No...shh... don't say anything. Don't raise your eyebrows. Let's fare further.
4/n And not so "interestingly" 52% of brahmins practice untouchability.

Mind you 85% of the brahmins had no problems with sharing utenils with an sc person. But they "castists", who practice untouchability.

So what was lost ?
The nuances.
5/n
The paper also finds that 18% of muslims also practice untouchability. The author analysed every religion in the paper, but didn't comment on muslims. Why !!? Did his cat sleep on the backspace button ?
6/n
The shoddigy paper can be used as a good propaganda tool. But fails in all angles as a source to analyze "untouchability" or it's existence thereof or the complexiety of it.

Hence the conclusions or percentages can't be used to makes a point.
7/n
With an exlusion, ofcourse "semi-literates", semi-literates need not worry. So don't worry @khanumarfa ji. Good luck with your propaganda.
