Wild thing about how many folks I’ve had to block as a result of this tweet is I’m literally agreeing with them. If they don’t want to be in there, they shouldn’t have to be in there. It is not good for anyone. It also means they disagree with the companies strategic direction.

And if not wanting to be in there isn’t disagreeing with the companies strategic direction, they shouldn’t be doing the training.
