Matt Gaetz just introduced the world to his adopted 19-year-old son, Nestor.

Nestor is from Cuba.

Matt wants you to know that Nestor came here at age 12, legally.

I have questions.
My first question is this: why does Gaetz think that a white man sponsoring a Cuban teenager so he can go to high school in the United States is the same as being a black man raising a black boy in America?

Hint: it's not. https://twitter.com/AynRandPaulRyan/status/1273677494558703616?s=20
This is my son Nestor. We share no blood but he is my life. He came from Cuba (legally, of course) six years ago and lives with me in Florida.

I am so proud of him and raising him has been the best, most rewarding thing I’ve done in my life.
EXACTLY. https://twitter.com/yashar/status/1273688515075702784?s=20
Second question: Why does Matt Gaetz keep calling Nestor his "helper" or a "student" or a "page" in all of these photos and videos floating around? https://twitter.com/chrislongview/status/1273692025494306820?s=20
Part two of the second question:

Why does Matt Gaetz keep calling Nestor his "helper" or a "student" or a "page" in all of these photos and videos floating around? https://twitter.com/RKJ65/status/1273661835527565312?s=20
Third question: why doesn't Matt Gaetz mention his "son" Nestor on his website, but he *does* list his dog, Scarlett?
